Tell us the date and the headcount.
Three ways in, and they all reach the same person. Whichever you use, you get a scoped proposal, the standards we will be held to, and preview renders within two working days. If we are not the right fit for your event, we will say so rather than quote for it.
The fastest route
WhatsApp, with the brief already written.
The link opens a message with the seven things we need already typed out — date, city, headcount, company, event type, hours and budget. Fill in what you know and send it. Most enquiries are scoped from this alone.
What the link pre-fills
- Event date
- City / venue
- Expected guests
- Company / agency
- Event type
- Hours needed
- Indicative budget
If you would rather talk
A 30-minute activation fit call.
Useful when the brief is still moving, when several stakeholders need to hear the same answer at once, or when you want to see styles before committing anything to email. No pitch deck.
Calendar not loading? Open it in a new tab, or send us the date on WhatsApp instead.
Or send it in writing
The full brief.
Ten fields, six of which are one tap. Everything optional sits below the divider — it speeds up the quote but nothing is held up without it.
Where we work
Johannesburg, Cape Town, Durban and Limpopo as standard, and anywhere in South Africa on request. Travel and accommodation beyond those areas is quoted separately and shown as a line item, never folded into the fee.
What happens to anything you send, and to your guests’ photographs, is set out in Data & Consent.
September and October are the tightest months of the year for event crew in this country. If your date is inside six weeks, say so in the first message — we will tell you honestly whether it is still possible rather than holding a maybe over you for a week.
